Pros
Work life balance. Peaceful environment in Chennai (which is going to be shutdown shortly ) Good mid and low level managers Average facility Good products that can be flourished. Some employee event last year (2017)
Cons
Immature managers at top level in India India faces South/North differences. All new managers are friends of certain Hindi groups. No definite policy. (ex When you go for onsite trip you would be informed that there is a per dieum. you wouldn't have collected bills. On return they will say that the policy has changed) HR and Finance in branches have no rights or information. All has to be addressed from head office. These people has to do only a postman job.
