Depends on your team, our team have a good environment. House rules has lessen. You may gain a lot of useful corporate knowledge to use in future. Good career starter. Excellent bonus package.
Cons
No salary increment. Salary package is ridiculously low for job experiences, ages and work load given. Persons who were selected for important jobs in the team were not the deserving person hence were randomly selected not based on their performance, knowledge nor zero error based. Less paid employee (Level 2) were given extra work than those who were offered higher (Level 3) salary. Ridiculous EOM calculation. OT was not paid on time and late tracked. Management was chaos. Error email were too much without further investigation done nor updated knowledge by the so called QA team. Career progression almost zero although you will gain many experience and useful corporate skills here. Very biased.
