Pros

There was nothing positive to report, right from the recruiting process to the training to the on floor production. A BIG MESS!

If I could give this a no star I would! I started training in July, upon hiring was told it was a 6 week course, once equipment was received and set up in home, we were informed traning was 3 weeks, content was horrible! The pace was ridiculous. They do not listen to you when you say you are struggling with something, On the phone second week into training not knowing nearly enough information. Company seems to set you up for failure. I did the job as long as I possibly could with out losing my mind. Compensation is not nearly close to what it should be. They are a bottom line company, are you on the phone making money for them. If not you are berated and made to feel inadequate

Pros

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Cons

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
