Unfortunately there are much more cons... - you have breaks, but they are absurdly strict (like some seconds more can be resulted in some email from your supervisor) - you can be on the phone for 90 minutes, you cannot go to the toilets (???) - this company is all about the customer: Ok, understandable... But sometimes your job was literally people yelling at you, even though it was not at all your fault! - you cannot bring anything to your office table (just water, nothing else) - Salary: not extremely bad, but nothing too "outrageously good" - Bonus: it is nearly impossible to get bonuses: they say it is possible, but due to the nature of the calls (the majority) its not possible - training; honestly, It didn't really serve. Some days you got calls, and you had no idea for the solution, as it was highly technical, this can cause you a great stress, and nobody really cares about it.
