Pros
Love my coworkers. A lot of amazing people work here, dedicated, bright and intelligent. Hours are good and flexible. Coffee and hot chocolate supplied.
Cons
Health benefits are expensive and cover little. High deductibles. Reductions in force are rampant with no real pattern affecting 1yr in service to over 20 yrs of service. Little to no raises and raises are rarely reported above 1%. Health benefit premium increases are higher then the few raises given...equals losing money with each year of service. We develop new software using Silverlight?? Um... no mobile support for clients... in this day and age? Also, little to no chance to move up in position or pay...
