It was one of the best company till 2023, Good work life balance, Work environment was also good.. cooperative colleagues and great,,, But post 2023 its all totally reverse

1: All 5 days work from office, 2: Worst management ( less resource and more manager - team size 10 and out of which 5 are managers only) Working at this company has been a nightmare since 2023 post new VP and his friends joined this company. The management is completely out of touch with the team’s needs. The worst manager I’ve ever encountered is in charge of our department, showing favoritism and undermining anyone who dares to challenge their decisions. To make matters worse, the VP is all about office politics. Instead of fostering a supportive environment, they thrive on manipulation and creating divisions among teams. There’s a constant sense of anxiety, as everyone is trying to navigate the political landscape rather than focusing on their work. I’ve never felt so undervalued in my career.
