Pros

They are well known so you get Condé Nast on your resume

Cons

Everyone is out for themselves as other reviewers have said. They'll not think twice before throwing you under the bus, absolve themselves of responsibility, and cut off all communication like you're dirt, even when you're not at fault. The worst culture I've ever experienced. Behind the veil of "diversity and inclusivity, and... a respectful working environment" is a dated org full of sanctimonious, arrogant, mean people. I outright REGRET taking this job, it's been damaging to my career in a short time of being here. For the amount of effort and work you put in, what you get in terms of money, and the risks that come with it, it's really not worth it.

You’re wealthy enough to be relaxed, but not wealthy enough to be careless.

Cons

but NYC’s costs prevent true luxury unless income is much higher.

Pros

Great to be in proximity to such amazing brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair and the New Yorker

Cons

Pay is absolutely criminal unless you're "bonus eligible." Another billion dollar company crying poverty. Also, absolutely zero possibility of advancement.
