Pros

* some really talented, bright, amazing people work here, and at this point, bar COVID19, that's the only thing keeping me here * flexible working * nice office

Cons

* abysmal pay, even by industry standards * no career progression, or pay increases unless you fight for them * frequent layoffs * hire, promotion and salary freezes * very unequal benefits across the different markets, and a lack of effort to even them out by the ELT * lack of diversity is constantly being excused by leadership * fun story: when asked at one town hall "why should anyone stay here as morale is so low", the answer from the CEO was "well maybe you shouldn't, if you don't like change, just leave". encouraging. * I could go on

Pros

You’re wealthy enough to be relaxed, but not wealthy enough to be careless.

Cons

but NYC’s costs prevent true luxury unless income is much higher.

Pros

Great to be in proximity to such amazing brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair and the New Yorker

Cons

Pay is absolutely criminal unless you're "bonus eligible." Another billion dollar company crying poverty. Also, absolutely zero possibility of advancement.
