Pros

Il put this top so everyone sees it - it’s not a pro Employees are asked to write good reviews on here. Constantly. I do not believe a single good review on here is legit. Take that as you will

Cons

Where to start You won’t receive training for anything other than sales assistant and even then it’s extremely basic. If you move up through the “ranks” expect to just be left to your own devices but then ridiculed and threatened to be stepped down again if you do a bad job - you won’t get help when you ask so don’t waste your breath. If you tell them how stressed out you are and how worried for your health you are they will assume “your coming to them as a friend and not as your manager” and won’t do anything to help. “Mental health issues” are treated as fake and you will be laughed at. Managers tell other managers everything. They are not your friend. Remember that. PTO is the absolute bare minimum “Annual pay increase” is laughable - and don’t be expecting a good Xmas “bonus” Your expected to do more than your job description & seen as lazy and useless if you don’t I could keep going but I won’t.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
