Pros

Clocking off after your overwhelming shift.

Cons

Every minute of your day is scrutinised. They add up every minute you go to toilet and if late back from breaks. You have to get in 20 mins early to log into a nightmare system. Then if your late logging on you have to work the minutes back or loose pay. So they try everything possible to avoid paying you . You also have to take calls right upto your finished time and end up on a call which becomes unpaid overtime. The two weeks classroom work is a joke you learn nothing. Impossible to get holidays agreed by management. They change your days off and start times without any notice. You will also be rota in for all bank holidays including Christmas.

- Weekly coaching with your direct superviosor - open communication for any change in schedules - opportunity to move up or change positions

Cons

- low PTO accruance per paycheck - haven't run into many cons yet

Pros

The people and team leads are nice for where I work.

Cons

For a new contract no one really knows a lot about the retailer. We are told one thing in training now other people coming in are told something else. The benefits are strange. They have medical dental and vision. But, they have no sick time at all? No vacation the pto is accrued which is fine but let’s say you need to see a doctor you can’t use it because you have to put in 2 weeks in advance? You get points for anything and everything under the sun? That I don’t understand. I worked through the years for a lot of companies and third party retailers and it was never like that. I just think no federal holiday time off is not so good especially if it’s a religious kind of holiday a family holiday.
