Pros

- Work From Home - 40 hours a week with 2 paid breaks - Single/Family Benefits (You must opt in and they do deduct from your cheque after 3 months) -Its a paycheque which will be there in your account on time

Cons

- Low pay - You must work evening and weekends - Strict office rules (no personal devices ie. smart watch or cell phone, other desktop PCs laptops or even TV's. allowed in your office) - Rushed training with no time for questions even though they push new trainees to ask questions. This leads to falling behind in the curriculum (we were only 5 days of training in with 3 days of it system setup time and then they pushed us out of no where alone to the customers for 4 hours to learn in real time) that was a mess for sure! - Sink or swim mentality - You cannot email other co workers without manager approval, Also there wasn't a way to communicate with other co workers to even ask how their day was. It was almost prison like with too much control and micro-management for everything.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
