Pros

There are no pros apart from CTC.

Cons

Long Working hours, minimum 14 hours. If you are going to join it enquire before joining do not join for banking and railway projects your life will become hell. After Joining there is only one escape RESIGNATION. FULL MICRO MANAGEMENT!!! No SICK LEAVES. Biggest mistake of my life that I joined this company just for additional 1 or 2 LAKHS. Senior management is worst , they will target and take revenge in terms of torture. Managers thinks we are robots we have to work no matter what . Be ready to solve at least 6-8 bugs in a Day. You will get so much frustrated that you will cry and you are going to regret your decision.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
