Pros

HR staff are very good

Cons

Compensation is alright but not enough to make me stay, management is just alright, no free coffee, lounges are not special, no free wifi, training is not extensive, work hours are long, quiet lounge smells, work terminals are not helping at all when i started they are still using XP but good thing they upgraded to Win7 but still Excel, IE and system resources are very slow and disorganised, policies are poorly enforced, incentives are virtually non existent

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Decent Pay and benefits . Trainers prepare you for basic work

Cons

They have Team Leaders and product experts. Some Team leaders are great, my was not, I was supposed to be coached on a regular basis, for four months I received no coaching. My coach only got involved if something could negatively could affect their Stats. I asked for more training several times, the 2nd time I asked, she transferred me to her supervisor instead of answering my question. Products Experts were helpful but sometimes had completely different answers to the same question. There was this ongoing training that you could request to join. I stopped going when they repeatedly taught the opposite of some the companies Zero Tolerance policies. When i brought it up with their supervisor I never recieved a reply.
