Expect to not be paid. There are no pros.

Cons

HR is non existent No sick pay No paid breaks Expect to not be paid correctly Useless TL Shocking campaign Expected to take abuse from customers who are threatening Don't expect to get support from WFH, the TLs on shift will ignore you and not respond when you have a irate customer who needs help You'll be expected to sell iPhone 12s to pensioners Systems are a joke Constant IT issues No mental health support No way to raise concerns (I have spent hours trying to contact over 8 people about my pay issues and nothing as usual) You will get treated like an idiot Useless training Unless you lick round a TL, you won't be treated with respect Extremely old and outdated hardware

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
