Pros

You can work at home.

Cons

They’re extremely disorganized. Their training is poor and they often provide equipment that doesn’t work. Their tech support is also awful so you could spend weeks getting help with a five minute problem. My paychecks were wrong. I asked for a day off and was ignored. I was told I was getting a certain schedule and couldn’t work during certain hours but then was given the hours I couldn’t work at the last minute. They also take weeks to get back to you if you have any problems. Often their trainers are disrespectful. They do not help with disability accommodations.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
