Pros
My co-workers are outstanding! They always help others, even when it's not their job. They have created an environment of support. It isn't always perfect, but they work hard when others have taken it easy.
Cons
Some people struggle with the scope of work. Even though the company is big, Concentrix doesn't always put resources in place to help employees. That leads to burnout or people leaving. That isn't just a Concentrix-only problem, but something to consider.
