      Pros

      Casual dress code, and no scripts to follow.

      Cons

      This place is not professionnal, you get a raise or bonuses and you have to fight for months to obtain it. Management has zero communication with staff. If you like fruitflies twirling around your face while making calls sitting on broken chairs with dirty stains, if you to be bossed around by juniors of age 22 who just got there and already have higher positions with no experience, That is the place for you.

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
