Pros

I wish I could name some.

Cons

If you are interviewing for this company, save yourself. Concentrix is the most unprofessional, unorganized and unethical companies I have ever worked for in my life. You will do very little meaningful marketing work. The company is rapidly transforming into a call center. Calls are more important to this place than the actual work you do. They hire you with the promise of doing marketing work but you'll be dialing more than anything. There is no real direction to where this company is going just allot of insignificant work. The company has recently lost two major accounts so most people in the office is concerned about the well-being of their job. The lost of major clients has created a very stressful work environment. After, losing two major clients, management begins to have employees participate in major unethical business practices. Management lectured employees on how it was illegal to leverage our past work with Hyundai, while at the same time encouraging it under the table (no one was ever punished for saying they worked for Hyundai Owner Marketing, Management specifically telling us not to put anything in writing but still bring it up, etc) which created a great amount of stress in me which I tried reaching out to my manager several times for which he ignored.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
