Management is not good, its become mini TN and mini Kolkata(Bengal). Only people who butter the managers and upline managers are the luckiest one. They get all that is required - promotion, good hike, change in department ect.... They say the promotions are based on experience too, but its a myth. only the people who serve the managers as slaves are the lucky one's.
