Pros

I do not know about other campaigns, but the management of Godaddy customer care in Belfast is the most approachable I ever experienced. Both managers in charge always make time to talk to agents about their worries. The job itself is for you if you are interested to learn how the internet regarding hosting and e-mail works. The atmosphere is relaxed and you will have no problems if you do your job. As there is a lot of troubleshooting involved it is very exhausting and you are supposed to sell products as well. And if you put the effort in, there are always opportunities for progress. What is not so good is the lack of technical training for such a demanding job. All training and coaching is around sales. You need to find an experienced agent to mentor you. If you are dedicated to customer support, you will find it very rewarding because the customers are really grateful for your help.

Cons

Not enough training for what you have to face. No parking, if you live outside of Belfast you are depending on the time tables of public transport. Low wages.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
