They hire you for a certain job, then put you in a job you didn't apply for. Training is mostly do it yourself. No help on the off shift if you have questions and you're called lazy if you stop because you don't know what to do. They say they want you to report any issues but get mad when you do. Anything you tell a manager is spread as gossip in the plant.
