Pros
Remote work flexibility although that might be going away.
Cons
- RTX (parent company) does not work well with the business units. They push down requirements, but don't communicate ahead of time. - Leadership within the business units isn't aligned. - Too many changes amongst leadership - constant attrition. - Leadership only listens to you if you're an associate director or above. - Collins leadership thinks that certain levels of the organization are only leaders - P/M5 or above - not all employees.
