Pros
Initial pay and time off. Most personalities there are very mild and easy to get along with.
Cons
Promotion is a nebulus process. When askd what it takes to get promoted like those before you there is no asnwer. It is looked down upon to ask. For some reason you can't understand how to excel like others, you just have to keep nugging away. Those who are promoted often steal others intellectual property to use as there own. Strange environment.
