Consolidated company with a strong client base and a well established technology areas with very competent people
Cons
Poor management, the executive leadership team does not deliver the promises they do to their employees when saying they want to be the employer of choice, most of the senior leadership is more worried to keep and save their jobs and don't even understand the business or what's going on at the field, highly bureaucratic making people to give up before starting anything, the company does not recognize the people's effort at all.
