Pros

- The office is great. - We had a very big kitchen and fridge so it was really to easy to eat there with the collegues, you didn't have to worry about going to have lunch outside the office. - We had MacBooks Pro, the best ones, 15', i7, 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD - They have a great system with all the information about the company that you will need as an employee. The most organized I have ever seen. They have several groups in Slack with their own porpous. - They have a lot of benefits. - People is really professional and nice to you. - They pay for your Certifications and give you help to train for them. - Good salary for entry level. - You have bonusly to give to your colleagues. - If you like the CMS it is a great comapany to stay. - If you have no experience at all, it is a good company to start because the salary and because the team is nice, and because if you work hard you can get certifications that will help you to find something better.

Cons

This are the cons I saw as a Trainee software developer, it could be different for senior programmers or other people. - As I Trainee Software Developer I felt they were not interested in teaching us more than the necessary, they want us to be solvent in AEM CMS but no more than that. - They pay for your certifications in Java and other things BUT you have to take the certification in AEM first. - I felt some people were nice to you just because they wanted your bonus or because they felt forced to be that kind of perfect worker. - All the benefits are optional, that means that if you want some they are going to be discounted from your salary. - They told us at the begining that non of us (in the academy) were going to be fired unless we did something terrible. Two of us were fired, but the worst part was that 3 days before we had a feedback that told us to work harder and improve, and we did, so hard, but they didn't even care, they decided to fired us days before, and all the extra effort we put (because they told us to) was useless. Also they told us we were being fired because we were too bad to work in a team, but the truth was they ned to fired some of us because we were too much. - Some people with more than 2 or 3 years of experience working there said that it was difficult to be promoted or had better salaries, during the month I was there I saw 6 people leaving. - They only work with AEM CMS, for some people like me it could be boring in a long term.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We appreciate your honesty in sharing your feedback on both the pros and cons. Netcentric works with the Adobe Experience Cloud technology suite because Adobe continues to bring, at increasing pace, leading and innovative products to meet the challenges of an evolving digital marketing world. With the required expertise and access to cutting-edge technology, our employees have the opportunity to leverage these innovations to stay on top of the game. The projects we work with rely on our certified experts in AEM, therefore, we must ensure that our employees are well-versed in this. The Academy is a paid training experience, and at a certain stage, we need to assess and decide whether a trainee has the skill set that fits well with the program, our projects and organisation. We do not create expectations and are truly sorry if a misunderstanding had occurred. We wish you all the best.
