Pros
The discount is good, coworkers are generally friendly, and the product knowledge is rather small, so it's easy.
Cons
As a seasonal employee you will get hardly any hours, make just above minimum wage, but be given the same goals and objectives as someone on the core team. The training is haphazard, and the company is full of itself. It's Coach, not Louis Vuitton, but everyone in the store seems to have an ego about working for the company. On-call shifts, the same practices a bunch of companies got sued for, are here and just as abusive as always. Forget making plans.
