      Pros

      Working with great people that are not managers. Staying busy so the day goes quickly and you can get a lot done.

      Cons

      Everything. Work to life ratio, hours, management, rules, corporate...etc. Some staff makes $10 an hour and some make $15 all depending on who they know.
