Pros

Great colleagues, good discounts but still not as cheap as buying Coach from America.

Cons

- No support from head office. Everyone in head office does not listen to demands and needs from stores, they truly cannot understand what is happening within the stores and think they can change operations without no logical thinking to make things harder for us. They are selfish people apart from a few that can be accomodating, but ones that sit higher are toxic and fake. - Comes to a different city with COVID restrictions but does not even follow basic rules especially when every customer that walks in our store required a mask but they walk in with no respect. - They make is evident when they do not like someone and will bully them, break their mental health down as if they're trying to take make the person quit/ give reason to fire them. - Dress code feels as if I'm back in highschool. We cannot even colour our hair, absolutely stupid. The restrictions between men vs women is insane and evidently sexist, losing the actual reason to be professional. - It is also evident the way everyone treats boutique stores and outlet store staff. Outlet stores are the ones making most money but they get treated very differently and unfairly, especially with breaks, pressure with public holidays and heavy expectations to reach target.

Pros

- fast paced days with lots of client interaction and team building moments - fun product dropped monthly with opportunities to be the first to own popular drops - opportunities to grow* - a great starting place to learn how to provide an elevated shopping experience and learn how to build a client book

Cons

- * Opportunities to grow only present themselves if you have a positive relationship with the management team and/or the DM - Corporate tends to lead on candidates and promise advancements or change verbally but little is done to correct behavior or advance within the company - Your store manager will determine whether the team is harmonious and fair, can be a double edged sword - you will be asked to do tasks or take on projects outside of your position with no additional compensation. It will be heavily frowned upon to decline said opportunities and tended to lead to being denied advancements - during ICE activities in the city, Coach refused to make a statement and or provide guidelines to how we as a store should respond. Associates were punished for absences related back to ICE activities
