      Meeting the monthly sales goals provided to you gives you a bonus at the end of the month. At the end of the year there is also a bonus depending on your sales performance.

      Cons

      Even though there is no explicit sales commission per transaction, your year end review is based on the performance of your sales. This makes it very competitive with other associates.
