Pros
Good opportunity to understand how to organize displays, how to sell products using open-end questions and using body language
Cons
they never give you regular schedule, difficult to plan even beforehand your day's off they want you to be ready to work when ever they need you, but they never think about you I was asking for 30-35 hours a week in order to get insurance, but for the first time they said after 3 months we will talk about it, after 3 months they said, we will talk about it after 1 month, after 1 month they said you are not still ready to work more hours, but I mostly each week in top ten's employees in despite of working 20-25 hours a week and there a lot of my full time working colleagues, which are not even on 10's position. There is no sense to do your best because nobody appreciate your efforts. Only the words you can do it better!!! While I'm working there a lot of people quit, about 15-20 for one store for 6 month. No opportunity for personal development and career.
