Pros
Good company to start with. Important to maintain good relations with immediate manager since they have a big say in your career. Ample possibilities for training.
Cons
Like most companies altran tries to squeeze the best economic benefit out of you. Which means less flexibility. I am not sure how much of a con it is. That's just the way most companies work, you need to figure out if that is what you want from life.
