Pros
Job security is more, good work life balance. Bench period is more if there's no projects, I've been on bench for 2 years as they don't have relevant projects to my skillsets. After 2 years they laid off me due to the same.
Cons
Sometimes they don't allocate project, it's your responsibility to check with RMG team. Sometimes you'll get irrelevant projects, be careful before joining the project.
