I can only think in how easy is to get in... And not even that is a good thing, since they don´t know how to do with the extra consultants and often you spend your time without anything to do...
Cons
Almost everything are disadvantages: low salary compared with other companies on the same sector, annual salary increase below CPI, impossible to get promoted, inefficient management...
