      Free Udemy Coursera Pluralsight and 13 & 14 th salaries

      Cons

      Unfortunately, some managers will tell you no improvements and firing you as if your work had no added value. They will not see all your efforts like deciding to spend your vacations partially in order to assist key meetings.

      Pros

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
