Pros
Work culture is great. Work life balance.(depends on project) Work from home opportunity (probably till Dec but no official confirmation on this) Lots of learning if you land into a good project.
Cons
1- Less Hike and Appraisal if you stay for longer period of time 2-I f you joined as a fresher there are slight chances you will not get work in the technology/domain you want. You will be allocated project by RMG team only. 3- If you stay on bench for longer period of time (around 3 months or more) high chances of layoff.
