Pros
Some of the work that is developed in Altran is world class and some of the key people are really world experts. There is a reasonably good mix of projects
Cons
The salaries are below industry standards, Also, some of the work is carried out in customers offices, so this place might not be suitable to young parents. The training structure is deficient and the career opportunities - medium/long term - are quite limited. The company and my immediate haven't held their promises and career path movement is non existing.
