Awful Management - Consultant Engineer Capgemini Engineering Employee Review

Horrible management. There is a certain level of superiority to other colleagues. Their professionalism is just a screen, the real face is shown when there are mistakes (which we all make, we are humans not binary machines of 1 and 0). I have seen how colleagues deal with these people, showing 0 charisma and professionalism. It is unfortunate that no authority of this company takes action on the matter.
