Pros
As a fresher you get plenty of time as you wont have any work. You can enhance your table tennis skills in the meantime.
Cons
They train the freshers for 3 months on stuffs which are not required in actual project. In the project you wont get actual work for even months. If you are smart, you will hate this. They have enough work but they wont assign anything to fresher.
