Good Work culture, Flexible timings, No dress code, decent salary and compensation, some onsite opportunities if you are lucky.
Cons
In some projects you may need to stretch most of the time and you may not get much recognition. Some managers just remember you in times of work. CIP payout is 30-70 percent in each half. Notice period is 3 months which makes it difficult to come out.
