      Pros

      People make the difference, but also I have been working in an international project (which is a first for me) and it has been a great experience.

      Cons

      It's a big company so sometimes I can see from other colleague's situation that is hard to find a medium term between what they expect and what the company can give them.

      Cons

      Increments are generally between 4% and 10%. Promotions, on the other hand, do not usually come with a significant increase.
