Pros
1)There is a Learning management system in Altran very beneficial for employee to learn new technologies 2)You can approach your seniors,without hesitation 3)Company policies are also good along with the compensation
Cons
As a fresher if you join company they give you job role according to company needs, not your interest. This is the only cons otherwise company is very good ..... Now as it has become part of Capgemini it will rise higher i suppose.
