      They paided on time. Provided good benefits.

      Cons

      Bad company culture. Very disconnected managers. You are just another one, no Carter plan, no motivation. Agressive behaviour when you think about leaving, they try to dissuade you in so many ways instead of just letting you go. They even admit sueing you.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
