      All colleagues are nice, and the company is relatively known in Portugal, but not always for the best reasons

      Cons

      they don't pay you enough, and you will not progress in your career, even if you have good and excellent evaluations. So what they like more is money, and they like also to explore Portuguese cheap technicians/consultants.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
