Notice period very Hight not two way same rules - Technical Leader Capgemini Engineering Employee Review

Please think before joining notice period is three months and if company wants to send you they can pay only 3months basic only not 3months salary. My advice is think thrice before joining.... Not much great company in terms of individuals growth each promotion requires you to spend 4yrs or more
