      1. Project standard are low with low managerial sentiments. 2. Management, HR, Finance all are worst at cost cutting. 3. If no project charge code i.e. if you are working unofficially on project then your job is insecure.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
