      No timings. good work life balance. nothing other than that is good at Altran. Being an contract to other organization. you will not be treated as an graduate. HR Team is worst of all.

      Cons

      Very Very worst HR Dept. Never going to care for employees. No Career growth. Nothing is transparent. Paid half the salary what is being initially discussed. Poor Management. No basic facility. Concerned only on there billing and profit. HR dept is the worst of all.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
