10yCalAmp offers it's employees with PTO or Personal Time Off. A new hire will receive 13 days in the first year. Like most companies, PTO time does accrue. For CalAmp new hires, it accrues at 2 hours per week (since we are paid weekly). In your 2nd year of employment - you will accrue 14 days of PTO and in the 3rd year 15 days and this scale continues to grow.
CalAmp also offers (3) medical plans, (2) dental plans, a vision plan, life insurance, AD&D, short term and long term disability and a 401K plan with matching at 4% of the first 5%, with no vesting.
