Growing and in a great industry segment. Customer base is beginning to transform to reputable companies.
Cons
Foul language, threats, ridicule and humiliation. Political environment like no other. Culture was nonexistent a few years ago, but is starting to emerge. Certain locations and functions get preferred treatment over others by corporate management. Not all are equal......
