      Pros

      Decent pay, interesting technology, some good people, talented engineering staff.

      Cons

      Management keeps changing focus, whenever something falls through the cracks it is the Product Managers fault, even if never mentioned as a PM responsibility. Sales runs the company so PMs get jerked around with emergencies to produce the latest thing sales says will be the killer app.
