- Full-time folks are very lovely with work with - Unlimited PTO/Sick Days - A public company so leadership can't lie about finances and business health - Lots of opportunity to learn - Hybrid work. Newer positions are full remote.
Cons
- As of this writing the business has been losing money every quarter over the last two years. Hiring freeze is in effect. Can't hire talent that is needed to work on projects and products for Sales to bring in revenue due to dwindling capital reserves. - Very high attrition rate without backfilling positions, but expectations are kept the same for the remaining employees as work is redistributed. Good talent has made an exodus. - Technology and Engineering positions lack pay parity with local competitors. - Business is very vulnerable due to dependence on a handful of customers that make up a large portion of their revenue, of whom will scale expenditures based on macro economic conditions.
